    Role Play Number: 36
Participants in The RP: Me and @hope
    RP Scenario:
On 9pm I noticed some type of attack to our police system while solving a crime on computer, I had to take actions admittedly, I left the crime under-review and started to solve attacker's IP, Location and ID. I checked all logs and found the attacker's IP, I checked whose operator the IP is and contacted them. I got suspect's location and took my patrol car for next action.

Other involved people: Rockaligator and Diesel
Date time and duration of activity:21/06/2019, 30 minutes
    Activity type:State-wide Patrol and Pullover
Details: I wen't on state-wide patrol during Friday, it was very quiet for some reason. I did pull over two people in total, one of them was standing on highway for no reason and other one was just check, both were sober and had everything right. I had to switch patrol car during the day, because the first patrol car got some technical difficulties with radio, after I switched it, everything felt normal again. not so long after switching the car I returned SAI-HQ and ended my patrol. I would rate this patrol 4 of 5, because the car had technical difficulties, otherwise 5/5.

    Other involved people: Pirus|wolf
Date time and duration of activity:19/06/2019, 15 minutes
    Activity type:State-wide Patrol and Pullover
Details: I decided to go do alone patrol, because whole San Andreas lacked of officers and it also means that it's harder to find partner. I left SAI-HQ as always, gave radio call about my State-wide Patrol, soon after leaving SAI-HQ I pulled over a motorcycle, because of overspeeding, I gave him ticket and left him alone. After that I had to return base, because I had to help my sick child.

  4. Just saying to everybody, that starting almost every word with upper-case letter in sentence doesn't give good picture of your basic English skills. After dot you are suppose to put upper-case letter in first place and if the text contains places or names they should start with upper-case letter too.
also if you don't know how to type proper English, I suggest not to make application.

  5. @Bidrift if you didn't know, STEAM doesn't use PIN code verification process, only email or phone. when they get your email or phone verification code, say good bye to your account. of course you can have pin code on email, but STEAM phishers don't try to steal your email.....

  6. @Bidrift said in Steam phishing attempt warning! Read!:

    @Angelo
Pretty easier solution, add steam authentication on your phone and make sure your email password is not the same as the steams password and uh, make a pin code?

you still didn't understand, if they have bot, that is made with brain, it's almost impossible to know, unless you check the site address and the code requester country. let me explain how it happens.
1.You put your credentials and press log-in button on the fake site
2.Bot tries to log-in with these credentials to real STEAM site
3.the 2 step triggers STEAM to send code, and the bot can detect if you are using phone or email verification
4.Site displays verification process, that depends how your account is protected by phone or email like I said.
5.Now you send your verification code to the site.
    6.Bot log-ins to your account.

  7. @Doasis they might have have a bot that tries to log in with these credentials he phished, then bot logins to real server>real server sends code to the email>bot asks for it>boom account gone.
@Marko same case but it is even easier, they do the same process until email but this time they ask code from phone and when you send it to them, they log in to real servers with your credentials and the authenticate code, boom gone

EDIT: Not all phishers are that smart, but if they are then rip. Usually phishers are hungry and they even don't think about it. I don't have any experience, but I see it's possible when doing some work.
