  4. CC Activity number: #26 Participants: @DRAHMEED Duration: 30 Minutes Brief story: Earlier today, an ambulance passed by our garage and pulled over with a complaint about a strange noise coming from the engine. I didn’t waste any time, I invited the client inside and offered them something to drink while I took a look.I started the engine and immediately recognized the issue, the timing belt was worn out and causing the noise. I returned to the client and explained the situation clearly. They gave me the green light to proceed, so I got straight to work. Replacing a timing belt is no easy job, but I’ve seen worse. Carefully, I began dismantling the necessary parts to access the belt. After some tough work and greasy hands, I managed to remove the old, worn-out belt and installed a brand new one in its place. Once everything was properly reassembled, I fired up the engine again, and it purred like new. Smooth, clean, and without a single strange sound. The client was extremely satisfied with the service and impressed by the speed and quality of our work. After they drove off, I prepared the invoice and sent it directly to the (San Andreas Fire Department) for official processing. Another day, another satisified client at Cuban Cars! Where precision and passion keeps San Andreas rolling. Screenshots: https://imgur.com/a/1MvOniN

  9. CC Activity number: #21 Participants: @Louis Duration: 1+ Hour Brief story: It was a quiet morning when I started my shift at the garage. I grabbed a cup of coffee and lit up a cigarette to ease into the day. After that, I began tidying up the place and organizing the shelves to get everything ready for incoming customers. Not long after, my first client of the day arrived. He mentioned there was a ticking noise coming from his engine. I offered him a cup of coffee while I took a closer look at the vehicle. As I inspected the engine and listened carefully to the sound, I had a strong suspicion that the issue was related to old engine oil. I checked the oil and, as I expected, it was pitch black and clearly hadn’t been changed in a long time. I informed the customer, who told me that his wife mainly drives the car and that they hadn’t visited a garage since buying it three years ago. He asked me to change the oil, so I got to work right away. I drained the old oil, replaced the oil filter, and filled the engine with fresh 0W-40 oil. After the oil change, the engine sounded as good as new, smooth and quiet, just like it should. The customer was very satisfied with the quick and professional service. He even left a 5star review to show his appreciation. Another successful job to start the day! Right after I finished with the first car, a second customer pulled up to the garage. He had an issue with both his front and rear bumpers, which were loose. He wanted both bumpers repaired. When I took a closer look, I quickly noticed that the problem wasn’t serious at all, the bumper clips were simply broken. I went back to the customer and informed him of the good news: there was no need to replace the bumpers. It was just the clips that needed replacing, and luckily, we had those in stock. The customer was relieved to hear that it wasn’t anything major and asked me to go ahead with the repair. I got to work right away. First, I grabbed the necessary tools to remove the bumpers. I started unscrewing the bolts holding them in place and took the bumpers off carefully. Next, I removed the broken clips from the bumpers. I had to search the shelf for the new clips, but since I had organized everything earlier that morning, I found them quickly. I neatly installed the new clips onto the bumpers and then reattached both bumpers securely back onto the car. The customer was amazed at how fast and professionally the job was done. He was so pleased with the service that he even gave me a $20 tip to show his appreciation. Another satisfied customer and another successful repair job!
