I was told that when i bought my first car, i did that with my Alpha

Hi, first of all i want to say that this is my first topic and i dont know if this in the right place.

But yesterday i bought myself a new vehicle Alpha I took it right to the tuning shop and bought an V8 Elite motor on it and also an All Wheel Drive. Next day when i singed in to SAES and spawned my car Alpha it lagged a bit and after the lag stopped, i saw that my car disnt have any upgrades on it! No rims, engine, nitro, awd or even color. Who should i contact or foes anyone know the solution to this problem? ~Script :)
