well, after reading all of this i believe most of the "old" players or lets say the ones who have a good knowledge in this server wont all players blips to be shown, but in another case this suggestion built on the fact thats the map is empty for new players and i believe you saw atleast one or two said ("where is all") in fact this server have no tutorials for newbies just a book of rules, how about making a big gui window full of steps whenever the newbie join an activity such of sr/br/vip etc thats will help! going back to this suggestion, how about making all blips shown for new registred players about their first 10h playtime, so they wont feel lonely or maybe their first week... and some rules regards this for sure thing.
