Just as they were about to leave, they found the Santucci Mob blocking their path. The confrontation was immediate and violent, with gunfire erupting between the two groups. During the chaotic shootout, Rick spotted an opportunity to escape and bolted from the scene. Lorenzo, without hesitation, pursued him on foot. The chase led them through the winding streets of Los Santos, with Lorenzo closing the gap. But just as he was about to catch Rick, the councilman drew his gun and fired, hitting Lorenzo with a fatal shot.
