  1. Okay I thought of an idea. I am still against this being implemented in any way but I guess this could make both sides happy. A command (maybe /showblips) could be implemented. When the command is activated, that person can see the other players' blips who also have /showblips on. So if you have the command on, you can be seen by people who have the command activated and they can see you too. This might be the most sensible middle point. @Brophy


  2. The server is going to be empty if it's empty. The current system of how the player blips work is perfect. The current system allows players to pull off cool tricks during combat situations or general server events where player location is important. (A quick example is flanking the enemy in a turf zone without being seen). Removing this and making all the blips visible destroys the stealthiness and fun element in numerous daily activities and I don't think that it's necessary at this point.


    I want to reiterate the point that if the server is empty, it is empty nevertheless. Making blips visible won't change the fact that there are 30 players in game where in normal conditions there'd at least be 80-100.
