I think the script should be modified to base starting a bank rob off a ratio of cops to crim, rather than a 10 minimum. There are times in the early morning when we are unable to start a rob simply because there are not many cops, but there are also not as many crims. By setting it up as a minimum ratio required, it gives early morning players an opportunity to do bank robs, but does not take away from the balance of cop vs crim.

Good idea, but it's hard to prioritize an issue that affects only the handful of players that are allowed to fly hydras.

Would be cool to have both store robs and house robs.
