I already do this on the server and on discord sometimes when I have the time, and I also do this through my gang because we recruit new players and teach them the game and the server from zero, so I am used to doing this every week for over 2 years. I want to take a step further and move to a new experience because I have observed what other admins and community staff do and it is my ambition for a long time to be in the same respected role, I think I have the same fair judgment and ability to treat people.
