RP#257 - Troubled Accelerator Participants: @Revonex, @Larsone Scenario: It was the evening of the day, John had just bough a new Lamborghini from the car dealer and was testing the car speed that how far it could go. While checking the car speed and going off the speed-limits off the street, a cop was on a patrol and suddenly started following John and it turned into a pursuit. When John noticed a police car behind him with the sirens on, he was a bit nervous and didn't wanted to get into further trouble so he stopped the car on the officer's signal and parked the car. The officer was well-behaved and John knew of his mistake so he convenience the officer that it was his mistake to go off the limits from the street speed limit. The officer understood that and warned John to not do that again, if it happens again he would be in a large trouble. John agreed and greeted the officer then both went on their ways.

The overall view of the town: The location of the town on map: According to the website description of the town, it states that: "A quaint desert town steeped in local history, home to preserved Hopi ruins and the terrible setting of the Barrancas Mass Grave. In 1842, the 66th Cavalry, under the command of Colonel Henry Bolt, was stationed in nearby Fort Carson when they answered a call for help from homesteaders under attack from bandits. Riding to the rescue, the whole force fell down a hole. It is said that the sound of a hundred horses can be heard riding through the town at midnight..." The town defination: Las Barrancas means 'The Cliff' in Spanish. The town is located at the southeastern side of Tierra Robada, south of Sherman Dam, west to The Big Ear and northwest of Fort Carson. Population: According to the recent census, it states there have been about 68 people living in this town. Ruined area: There are ruined building sites at the most east end of the town, the remains consist of an Native American pueblo. The people said there have been rumors and some peoples also assured, they usually hear voices near this area and at the end of each weekend, a member of the town dies sudden of all which gives a clue that there is some sort of paranormal activity around this area. A view of the town from the demolished building sites. Cemetery: A ruined and demolished cemetery is also located in the heart of the town with an amount of several destroyed graves around it. The people consider this cemetery as cursed because of the reason that it took lives of about 6 tourists when they came to have a look inside the cemetery. The cemetery is also named as 'The Graveless Cemetery' since all the graves around it get destroyed eventually. Businesses: The Unnamed Bank: There is a bank located down the hill near the Tee Pee Motel owned by The Outfits. The street of the bank: Dam Camper RV Park: The 'dam' in its name is a reference to the Sherman Dam that is situated nearby. It contains a group of aligned flat houses and a parking lot with Tepees. Tee Pee Motel: The motel is located near the foreground near the Dam Camper RV park, it consists of Tee Pee's as motel rooms. It is popular for the Tee Pee shaped rooms. The Smokin' Beef Grill The Logo of the restaurant: According to the GTA San Andreas website, it is said that: "The beef tastes so good because the hormones are very tender. The cows love to be injected with steroids, and it makes the meat juicy." It is a restaurant located at the west side of the town, the hotel is popular because of the cows served in the restaurant are injected with steroids which makes the meat juicy and loved by everyone. When he passed by Las Barrancas, he stopped the car to smoke a cigar. While he was smoking, he saw a man standing north-east of him trying to repair a truck. John threw away the cigar and went straight towards the trucker and asked him what is the issue, the man told him that he was passing by this town and suddenly his truck stopped working, when he tried to turn the engine on again it didn't worked so he got out to check what's the problem in the engine. John asked the man to step aside and let him check what's the problem with the engine. After checking engine water filter, John found out that it was out of water so he told the man that is the problem with the truck. John went to his car, grabbed a bottle of water and came back to put it into the engine. After putting the water into the engine filter, the engine started working and the trucker thanked John for helping him out. The trucker asked John if he can give something to him as a reward but John refused and told that it was his pleasure to help him. Hello @cvn87, If you are willing to join Cuban Cars, make sure to read this topic: https://archive.saesrpg.uk/community/topic/100770-cc-recruitment-open/ but I think, you also need some basic-experience and a role-play sense to be able to join the group. I would suggest you to stay around the community and learn some experience as it would help you. Also, patrolling with the Cuban Cars members as a mechanic would increase your chances.
