Training/RP Participants: @Twixx; @DJO; @pazoo; @Hesha; @Dudi; @Access; @Lightning; @Benny; @Patrol; @Carter A very important family member of the russian concil, Mr. Yuri Kovasov, was kidnapped by some terrorist members, a ring-wing party based on the north of Russia. We got intel that they were expecting a helicopter in the San Andreas barrage to take them back home, however, what they did not know, was that the military had already intercepted their ride. We got information that they were waiting for the helicopter in this afternoon so we took no time waiting. Gather around, prepared an operation and took the road. The main focus on this mission was to extract Mr. Yuri safe and arrest the terrorists, take them inside our base and question them about their organization. Everything went smoothly. We extracted the hostage, and took the criminals back to our base. After our investigation and questionaire that lasted 2 long hours, we found out that they were based in Flint County, and were brothers. Members of the well-known Morasov Family. The youngest one confessed that this crime was part of a major plan: Use Yuri to collect very important files from FBI - a case built on their father: Yordaniv "Luffy" Morasov. One of the dangerous man in Europe and top 3 in the most-wanted interpol list. Because of the severity of this operation, we arrest the criminals, took Mr. Yuri back home safe and took the case to the board, wich decided to lead the case to the governament. :camera_with_flash: Screenshots: ::: Operation "Russian Roulette" :::

I believe that one of my main strengths is resilience. I don't give up on my objectives and i'm constantly looking to be not only a better player but a person. Do you think that you have any weaknesses? if so, what are they? I'd say that my main weakness has to be the anxiety. I'm used to it but sometimes it becomes a big obstacle to take risks and "step up" when it's needed. But like i said before, i'm a hard nut to crack and i don't really let anything to stop me from reaching my goals. Why do you want to join the San Andreas Fire Academy? I'd like to join the the San Andreas Fire Academy because since the very first day that i joined SAES that my role has been to serve and protect our community, not only that but i also believe i'd be a great asset to this organization. My experience in law forces and in S.W.A.T. has prepared me to stressfull and though situations, to "have cold blood" when it's needed and act accordingly. Why do you want to join the academy? I'd like to join the academy because i want to expand my knowledge and experience in protecting our citizens in San Andreas. Having the amount of experience in law forces might be helpfull to deal and act properly in some situations but an organization such as San Andreas Fire Department deals with incidents very different from what i'm used to. In that sense, joining the academy would provide me the experience to handle such situations and become a valuable asset in the community. What specialisation would you like to learn within the academy? :cop: Training/RP :cop: :busts_in_silhouette: Participants: @DROT; @DJ0; @Filippo; @Glayd; @Tefa :arrow_forward: On the night of 11th Setember 2018, i hosted a Training/RP event for every police officer avaible in SAES. The main objective was not only to give an opportunity for the rest of the police force members to known a little bit more about S.W.A.T. but also to spend some time with us - and maybe learn something with this whole experience. The whole thing started with a little small talk (~[wich i forgot to take SS]~(black)) inside our buildings, in the classroom, where i explained how thing were going to be. The training was divided in 2 parts: First, parachutting in NNB base. Secondly, i planned doing a session of Team Deathmatch, to practice aim and simulate fighting situations. After the small talk i took the lads to a quick meal break, so everyone could relax, get to know our facilities a bit more and also to know each other before the action begins. One of the members of the activity had to leave so we improvised and procede with what was planned. :arrow_forward: Part I: On this part the officers were require to hit the number 35 signal at the top of the NNB building. Some of them did it easily, others not. I made a point of emphasizing that the most important thing was to try it out, practice it and get familiarized with that training - specially because it's one of the hardest of all the parachutting trainings. After that, we returned to base, where i explain what was going to happen next. :arrow_forward: Part II: Once again i was forced to improvised and to deal with an unforeseen situation, unfortunately, another member of the activity had to leave so due the fact that we were lacking man to practice what was planned, i decided that the best option was to go for a patrol.
