We're going to see a lot of manipulated AJs as long as cops keep shooting from behind to make criminals make mistakes during chases. Most of the time, I’ve been chased by many cops, and while escaping, I keep getting shot at from behind by snipers. They know I’m going to jump and forcing me to do avoid by sniping.

This suggestion doesn't aim to give any advantage/disadvantage to either side. Suggestion's main purpose is reducing AJ; because if someone hates you, you can get AJ by easy. It's easy to manipulate; as like on Scenario 1, I got reported because of that, I was wrong even it was by accident, to solve this situation without going report I wanted to give free arrest, I though it could solve this but It didn't help, my friend Aveyro wanted to go for report. Due to existing rules it's his rights and he always have right to do it. Suggestion aims to change this. If wrong side gives you free arrest and admits his fault, you shouldn't report him, even you reported him admins need to solve it by reviewing, not always based on evidence. Actually it is what it is right now, if you review my last AJs; most of them reviewed by proof that reporter sent. There is no way to abuse this system because at the end whoever do this will get arrested by cop on hospital or not. As i said, this system aims to reduce AJ cards, police side won't be affected at all.

3. Are you muslim?

In the game, we sometimes kill ourselves by accident. Depending on the other players attitude, this can lead to a report and AJ. Even if we try to fix the situation by offering a free arrest after death, the final decision belongs to the other player. Some players may report even small situations, especially if they do not like you. This suggestion is made to create a fairer system and to reduce misunderstandings. To explain the situation better, I will give some example scenarios: 1.) Scenario: Accidental Death During a chase, the criminal Bostonking is being chased by police officer Aveyro. Bostonking throws a grenade to kill Aveyro. Because of lag, Aveyro does not take damage, but Bostonking takes damage from his own grenade. The chase continues. Bostonking runs to a rooftop. While Aveyro is trying to come down, Bostonking throws another grenade and jumps off the roof, thinking he has enough health, but he dies. Bostonking understands that it was his mistake. He apologizes to Aveyro and offers a free arrest. However, Aveyro refuses and reports him, asking for AJ. In this situation, even if the player accepts the mistake and tries to fix it, they can still get AJ because of the other player’s decision. This is a game, and accidents like this can happen to anyone. Personally, I enjoy chases and I would not kill myself on purpose. 1.2) Scenario: Accidental Killing Sometimes we also accidentally kill our friends, either with a gun or a grenade. After that, we usually offer a free arrest. However, it still depends on the other player if they want to report or not. If they do not like you, they may report you anyway and this can result in AJ. 2.) Scenario: Intentional Killing In this situation, the player knows that the police are chasing them. While the police are away from the player (around 300 - 200 meters), the player kills themselves on purpose to avoid being arrested. This action clearly shows bad intention. Even if the player later offers a free arrest, reporting is still the responsibility of the police. - There can be many different situations in the game, and they should not all be treated the same way. For this reason, I believe admins should consider the players intention not the only result when reviewing reports. Please share your thoughts and possible problems or scenarios when voting yes or no. This is an important topic, and I believe it can be solved through discussion. Especially players on the copside should share their opinions, because this situation also affects your gameplay.

(1) RolePlay Story: (Zaza's Release Day) w/ @Dodoo @Duff @vetoqnx @NoName @zaza @brondy @ess A few years ago, after the FBI and SWAT raids on CripZ, the gang had lost its former power. Some members of the gang were captured, while others went into hiding and continued their operations in secret. Zaza was one of the leaders of this gang. After serving some time in prison for the charges against him, he appealed the case and won. Late in the afternoon, one of the blue cars idling in front of the Los Santos Courthouse kept its engine running. No one inside the car was talking. They were all waiting for one thing: For Zaza to step into freedom. As Zaza descended the courthouse stairs in his grey suit, he squinted as he looked outside. A slight smile appeared on his face when he saw the CripZ members waiting below. Dodoo (in the car): "There he is... He's coming out. Still walking like the same guy." All the crew members got out of the car and prepared to welcome him with hugs. Duff (smiling): "Zaza's back, boys. It's his time now!" Zaza walked down the courthouse steps in his grey suit, squinting as he looked out. He smiled slightly when he saw the CripZ members waiting below. Duff immediately approached and hugged Zaza tightly. Duff: "It's over, bro. The streets are waiting for you." Zaza: "Then let's not celebrate the past. Let's celebrate the future." Noname (smiling): Don't worry Zaza, we're going to your favourite place, the strip club. The team got in the car and drove to a strip club in Los Santos, known as a luxury. In the car, Brondy, Zoe and Zaza were chatting about life. Zaza (looking at the streets of Los Santos from inside the car): "This place is still familiar..." When the CripZ team arrived at the club, the guard at the door seemed to recognise them. Red neon lights merged with the bass sounds emanating from inside. The doors opened and the crew entered. Dim lights, red leather seats and rhythmic music... CripZ settled into his own section. Drinks arrived, dancers took the stage. The atmosphere was far from tense, but it carried hope and plans. The club was filled with purple and red lights. The members of CripZ were spread out in boxes in the back corner, with Veto and Noname in charge of the team's security. Drinks, cigars and laughter on the tables... The atmosphere was completely reserved for Zaza. Brondy: "We kept quiet while you were inside, but now it's our turn." Zaza stood up from his seat and raised his whisky glass. Zaza: "I always wondered who had my back when I was in there... CripZ is like no one else." Duff: "The boys got your back on the outside and the inside. Let's celebrate this fucking day!" XxX was on stage now. While Duff focused on the fun for a short while, the other members were laughing and joking with each other, Dodoo was cripz-walking, Veto was looking around and Zoe was checking the vehicles outside. Leonidas (shouting from behind): "Tonight is ours!" Veto (looking through his glasses): "Next one is for Zaza. Not everyone deserves a second chance." Later in the night, Zaza and Duff retreated to talk alone at a table a little away from the boxes. As they slowly sipped their drinks, their eyes were not on the stage, but on each other and the streets. Duff: "The streets weakened without you. We retreated too... but it was just silence." Zaza: "That silence is over. We have to reorganise. We need to rebuild the organisation. The dealers, the connections..." Zaza (takes a deep breath): "The street has not forgotten me. I haven't forgotten it either. Let's have fun tonight. Tomorrow new rules begin." The team had fun until the morning, two luxurious blue coloured vehicles were driven towards the territory.
