The default radar:

Hello guys. today i'm gonna show you how to make change the default radar,
First of all, you need to Download "TXD workshop" from here:
https://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=8320

Then Download your Radar from here:
https://ch.gtaxmods.com/radars/

to download a radar, Just press Left click on it 1 time, and it will be downloaded, after you download the radar and TXD workshop. Go to your GTA:SA file, or you can Right click on GTA:SA then, "Open file location". after than go to ..\GTA San Andreas\models
Then grab hud.txd
and Drop it in TXD workshop, then press on the first picture appears, then press "Import" then press Left click on the file you downloaded 2 times, then press Ctrl + S

Storyline: Roads are very dangerous in San Andreas, so there is constant traffic control. We were one of the people doing traffic control. We encountered a car. We pulled the car to the right. I asked the driver for the ID card. The driver was not guilty. I gave the ID card back. We talked a little to the man. The man was a little bit skeptical. So I examined the car. We found guns behind the car. The man began to flee without asking the man what had happened. I caught the guy running a little. I put the man in the car and called the San Andreas Federal Police officer. I told him there was a gun-filled car here and he would come for research. After I handed the man over to the police station, I went to the car. We investigated the car with the police officer.
He said he would investigate the weapons. I went back to the police station.
