Firstly we can take a look at any optimisations we can make to sync settings in the mtaserver.conf as it's been about 3 or 4 years since this was last done and other settings may have been improved or new ones added, I will ask MTA about it. If you can keep an eye out and note down at what particular events occur on the server when it happens, that would be great.

It can be done and it has been done. Cheers. Synchronisation is handled by MTA, regardless of what is sent between the server and client is handled by it. Sure you could write your own system to handle it via a custom plugin or via scripts, but I couldn't imagine it being any better or quicker than what MTA offers with their netcode and you would still have that custom system rely on people's connection and location to the server. We could possibly look at adjusting some of the server settings in the mtaconfig file.

We are looking into making the gamemode less "laggy" however people assume it's the server it's hosted on. It's not... Its not going to be a overnight fix either, it will take considerable time as our gamemode is like 12 years old now. You also mention Latin America players, do they realise they are playing on a server hosted in London some 5000 miles away, right? We are using a mod, no matter how good it is, is doing something the game was never designed for and what makes it worse is a large portion of people are playing on poor equipment, so their game lag and poor fps looks to you as "network lag". The more stuff you ask to be added etc will unfortunately put more strain on your computer. As the for a new "sync" system, this has nothing to do with us and "sync" is provided by the MTA mod.

Couldn't this be done in another dimension to stop people interfering, that way you can still use the current map.

Due to the spate of people going around creating servers or becoming admins (and therefore supporting such servers) with stolen SAES / WSS scripts, I'm introducing the following rules. For clarification, when we say "WSS scripts", we mean SAES scripts that was renamed/stolen. From today (9th April 2020) the following rules are in place: Creating a server using SAES/WSS scripts or being a 'developer' for those servers will result in a minimum of a 12-month ban from our services and you will not be guaranteed an unban after this time. Becoming an admin on servers using SAES/WSS scripts will result in a minimum of a 3-month ban from our server, however, those who report server owners serials to us may (not guaranteed) be given a reprieve and unbanned before the full 3 months. These new rules are not negotiable. P.S. For those who don't really care and want to stick it out trying to develop servers with our gamemode, it should also be noted, that we also send cease and desist orders to server hosts and get MTA to blacklist any servers who fail to comply with removing our scripts from their servers.

I've taken this to HQ for a decision. We will reply soon.

How is it a punishment if we only "slightly" mute people? You've got your answer to this, we won't be changing it so there is no longer any point in discussing it.

I agree with @DROT A lot of you guys are veterans of the server now and should know the rules. You can't keep taking the piss and baiting admins into performing admin punishments against you, then bitch and moan about it once they do. As for the screenshot of @Arma 's chat which is from 13th March, I've had a word with him recently regarding main chat protocol.
