Apologies for the issue which happened last night, it was unfortunate. People who have been affected by this and have picture proof we can compare to logs (to make sure your money wasnt auto banked prior to the server issue) are recommended to make a support ticket on discord and request a refund. Please note, this isnt a guarantee of a refund, if your proof does not match our logs, then you will not get a refund. This will be a one time reimbursement and like always, we recommend that people do not carry large amounts of cash of them in case stuff like this happens again. False reimbursement claims will be met with a ban, we don't have time for it
