Briefly explain the following rules in your own words: Rule number 4: The rule states a Pro Cop is to always give 2 warnings during a pursuit; the first, when initiating one, warning the suspect to surrender, which will reduce their jail time by 75%; the second and last, which communicates this is the very last chance to surrender as there won't be any quarter given from this point forward. Rule number 5: Be concise in the communication of your binds and allow sufficient time for the suspect to read the chatlog and respond as more often than not, it takes a few seconds before they get a chance to see the chatlog whilst being chases by us. Rule number 7: The probation duration for new Pro Cop members are 2 weeks and new members are required to change their in game nicknames to Name|PC* or SQUAD|Name[PC*]. In addition to this, whilst spawned as Pro Cop, you are required to always have your nickname set to either your roleplay name or regular in game name in the server as to be easily identifiable. January 1991 - Berlin Kreuzberg 36 Less than two years had passed since the fall of the Berlin Wall, and violence on the streets had significantly increased. This was a major problem, especially for immigrants like us who had come to Berlin with good intentions. Life was tough for adults, but since most of our daily time was spent working and handling responsibilities, we could manage it relatively well. But what about the youth, who were still growing up and spending their time on the streets? For them, this period was a time when they were forced to grow up suddenly. The attacks carried out by Nazi sympathizers, known as the "Skinheads," were terrifying, as both adults and children suffered serious harm, even losing their lives. At first, we tried to counter this by teaching all immigrants how to fight, but over time, we realized that fighting alone wasn’t enough as the level of violence escalated. This led us to start searching for weapons. However, obtaining weapons as immigrants was extremely difficult. To protect ourselves, our children, our workplaces, and our families, we decided to come together and establish contact with those who had been here longer than us. Eventually, we managed to acquire the necessary weapons. It was at this point that we founded one of the first modern immigrant gangs 36 Boys. The gang took its name from "36," the postal code of Kreuzberg, where we lived. December 1995 - Berlin Kreuzberg 36 Since the founding of 36 Boys, things had started to change. The violent confrontations with the Skinheads escalated into what felt like a small-scale civil war. This conflict brought immense suffering, sacrifices, and losses. However, as a result, the Nazi sympathizers had significantly weakened. On the other hand, different gangs began to emerge rapidly. As the founders of 36 Boys, two of us were walking from Oranienstraße to meet our friends at Kottbusser Tor when we saw our gang’s top-ranking members being kidnapped by two cars full of Nazi sympathizers. Without hesitation, we pulled out our weapons and started shooting at them. After an intense, prolonged gunfight, we ruthlessly killed seven Nazi sympathizers. However, we were too severely injured to escape the scene. Ambulances and police arrived shortly after, and we were taken to the hospital for treatment before being arrested and imprisoned. April 2000 - Berlin Wilhelmstrasse During our years in Spandau Prison, the police and detectives exerted immense pressure on us, accusing the three of us leaders of the gang of running a terrorist organization. They also sought information about whether other members of the gang had committed crimes or had connections with any other criminal organizations. Over time, they realized we were not a terrorist organization but rather just a gang. However, they still tortured and coerced us, trying to make us confess to crimes or reveal information about our members. But in prison, we learned a word from an old Sicilian mafia leader "Omertà."This term, known in Sicilian mafias as the code of silence," had a simple rule: "One must completely avoid interfering in others’ affairs and must never, under any circumstances, report a crime to the police. However, if justified, one may take revenge through a blood feud for any physical attack on themselves or their family." We adopted this philosophy as our own way of life and remained loyal by keeping all secrets. However, over time, many members of 36 Boys began revealing their stories about the criminal world. It was as if they had turned their backs on us. Despite the sacrifices we had made for them, they betrayed us. But no matter what, we continued to keep 36 Boys' secrets and never betrayed anyone. As time passed, the allure of gang culture and the desire for fame transformed 36 Boys members from gangsters into storytellers. Some even appeared in magazines, which began to irritate the loyal members. They, too, wanted to enter this glamorous world of fame, but they were too loyal to betray their family, so they remained silent. However, they eventually realized there was a smarter way and they needed to talk to us first. When they visited us in prison, they shared their idea and sought our approval. Without realizing it, this was the beginning of another rebellion. Because now, we could tell our stories through rap music. From that moment on, we too could become symbols of resistance, just like the rap stars before us. March 2005 - Berlin & Istanbul After ten years, we were released from Spandau Prison along with more than 100 other inmates from different nationalities and cultures. Upon our release, we flew to Istanbul, Turkey, to plan the future of our gang. Due to our time in prison, we had become like brothers with other inmates, but there was one thing that united us all Omertà. The vow of loyalty we took in prison was now a lifelong commitment. With this newfound family from prison, we established a new organization called "Omertà Guardians" Initially, our goal was to develop and strengthen 36 Boys, but because many members had betrayed us while we were in prison, we were forced to split the gang in two. The loyal members were gathered under a new gang called 36 Juniors, and we severed all ties with the remaining members of 36 Boys. Years had passed, and Skinheads were nearly nonexistent, but we still didn’t feel completely safe due to our past experiences. 36 Juniors was no longer just a gang—it had to become something more. We realized this and began transforming it into a highly organized crime syndicate, expanding our own criminal network. Of course, in this new structure, there was no room for disloyalty. The main goal of the organization was to use singers, actors, companies, organizations, and partnerships to launder dirty money earned from arms trafficking, drug trade, extortion, human smuggling, and gang wars. As 36 Juniors grew, its members started forming rap music groups and opening their own music studios. Using music companies to launder money from arms and drug trafficking made it seem like the gang was earning money legally. Over time, we realized that we were achieving our goals, but we needed to expand beyond Germany and Turkey we needed to grow our trade network elsewhere.We knew exactly where to start… We used the clean money from our music companies in Berlin and Istanbul to purchase a small ghetto along the Los Santos coastline. Through the contacts we made in that ghetto, we quickly took control of the arms and drug trafficking in the area. Quietly, Omertà Guardians were rising in San Andreas. June 2015 - Turkey Border Recently, large numbers of people from the Middle East had been trying to flee to Europe, which became an extremely profitable financial opportunity for us. For the first time in years, the gang was making more money from human smuggling than from drug and arms trafficking. In Germany and Turkey, we mainly operated through land routes, but in San Andreas, things were different. Road transport was becoming increasingly dangerous, with our drug and weapons shipments being looted or intercepted by police. We needed a safer route, so we decided to transport drugs and weapons by ship. We sent some of the ships we used for human smuggling to the docks we had purchased in Los Santos. January 2025 - Omertà Guardians in San Andreas Since the arrival of human smuggling ships from Germany, our trade network in San Andreas has grown significantly, becoming both larger and more secure. We have almost entirely moved out of the ghetto and settled at the docks. Now, we handle all our operations exclusively through ships. However, as time passed, inspections at the docks and ships increased, posing a serious threat to our business. Since our ships were deemed illegal, our entire operation was at risk. To counter this, we made a strategic decision we established our own legal shipping company. And today, we own the most reputable shipping company in San Andreas. The ghetto we once built along the Los Santos coastline has now become nothing more than a symbolic place for Omertà Guardians. We have climbed from the streets to the docks, rising from the very bottom to the top in the world of trade. A built-in captcha prevents spam, and hashtags can be added for better searchability. Dynamic Ad Display Ads are automatically listed on the homepage, showing key details like price, category, and preview images in a responsive grid layout. Advanced Search & Sorting An AJAX-powered search helps users find ads instantly, while sorting options (newest, oldest, highest/lowest price) make browsing easier. Detailed Ad View Clicking an ad reveals all details, including a gallery, description, contact information, and a notification if the ad has been edited. Manual Approval System If enabled, new ads require admin approval before being publicly listed, ensuring better quality control.
