Increase fps-limit

I'm from good country and ofcourse i have good monitor so i want to play this game with my beautiful 144hz and 144fps?, many people who have 144hz monitor would agree and my eyes hurts because of 60hz, i think this might give me brain damage after a while. if it is even possible to increase it to 100fps it would be awesome and people who don't have 144hz monitor would still love it because it decreases stupid input lag.

Okay, is it possible to make gta sa work with higher framerates? i understand that if game is not designed to work higher than 30fps it won't work the same, but when 60fps became standard gta sa got it, is this possible because gta sa or mta devs modded it somehow? i believe this game was 30fps when it got released and its physics fixed to work with 60fps, shouldnt 144fps be fixable too? i have played on many servers and many of them have 100fps limit and i didn't notice anything than smoother gameplay.

Fps has nothing to with Hz, 144hz is not synchronized even if u have 144fps. I have 144hz monitor and i disagree. 60fps limit is good.
