Case Name: Attempting a House Robbery

Participants: @TaJ @LightSide

Description: The afternoon of Monday the 15th had to offer quite a few surprises for the new Trooper in town Elbert Hargraves. Elbert first received a call from an old friend from academy times who is now an agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Agent. Final rang Elbert wishing him great success on his new venture and letting him know that he would support him in any possible manner. Elbert then recalled their lovely old days of patrolling together as academy cadets around the rural areas of San Andreas. Agent. Finally then told him that he is free today and would love to relive the old memories. Elbert and Final then fixed a time to meet outside Los Santos Police Department HQ where Elbert picked up Final in his patrol unit and headed around the city after announcing their on-duty status over the radio. A few moments into the patrol, the duo was now near the Porsche area of the city near the beautiful river. Looking through the pretty houses and talking about one day owning one of these fabulous shacks, Agent. Finally noticed a suspect person sitting walking from the house with a little bag in his hand mysteriously getting close to his car, keeping the stuff inside from the passenger door, and running towards the driver seat. The trooper suggested they followed him and investigate the mysterious activity, hence he immediately turned right and drove right behind the vehicle. The guy zoomed from there blinding the officers with so much smoke from the tires. However, couldn't go very far out of sight as Elbert started chasing him with sirens on and soon after pulled him over. As the suspect remain seated, Elbert walked to the door while Final was observing by his corner. Elbert asked the suspect for his ID, name, and vehicle documents which were handed over through the window right away. As the details did all match and look quite legit, Elbert asked Final to quickly search the serial code on the Federal Bureau's Database while he went over to the right side of the vehicle to search and inspect it. Elbert did find a sack full of cash and gold ornaments hidden under the passenger seat. As soon as the suspect saw him get his hands on the sack, he tried to run but Agent. Final was successful in catching him and Elbert quickly came with a pair of handcuffs to cuff him whilst announcing him his rights and escorted him to their vehicle. The tow team was called to get the car moved to the police impounding grounds. The two officers soon reached the LSPD building and escorted the criminal to a cell where he was left crying and wondering about his actions until the court's date.
