We here at All Load Trucking always strive to provide the best possible customer service to those who need it 24/7. That being said, amidst our current overhaul of the company,we are revamping an old topic dedicated for questions, comments, and concerns that the community may have regarding all aspects of our company. We will have a service team (currently only ALT HQ members) dedicated to answering these questions within a timely manner and making sure that your questions are answered to your satisfaction.

Taking into account that we respect, value, and consider all feedback we may receive, you are free to comment!! We only ask that you keep random spam and other nonsense out of the topic, as they will result in a hidden post and both yours and our time being wasted, and that you keep your questions and comments respectful and pertinent to company affairs*.

Q: What is the purpose of this topic?

A: We feel as if this topic will provide us a better understanding of how the community feels the company in terms of its position in the server.

General Info:

Q: How many jobs can members perform whilst spawned as ALT?

A: 4; we are truckers that provide to the community in the form of piloting, refueling gas stations, and performing mechanic services. We also provide assistance to truckers in need through our ARMED division which is currently going through a revamp.

Q: What are the current statistics regarding refueling stations?

A: There are 29 stations across the map. At its emptiest, (0% fuel) a station can provide 15k. The DFT we use to refuel these stations currently have a capacity of 7500g that allows us to fill up 5 gas stations per round trip.

Q: Who are the current ALT HQ members?

Q: How would one go about gaining a contract with our company?

A: We are currently working on a new topic for requests of that nature, but for now, add all HQs to a PM expressing your interest.

Q: What are the service plan memberships that All Load Trucking offers?

A: We are currently working on a new topic explaining how and at what costs are players able to obtain certain service plans with our company.
