I would like to propose to remove the time after the purchase of the drug. We must make sure that it can be bought always.This will make it better. Often there is a problem with drugs at events, my proposal will fix it. Now the drug can be bought always, and not wait until it is over and buy it again. For example,1vs1 events start,you can't extend the speed action,and when the shooting starts, you lose.
I mean to remove the restriction on the purchase of drugs, so that they can be bought at any time, and not when the time of action has expired.
I just want to suggest that we clear the countdown after the drug purchase. So they can be bought when the drug is not over.

It don't make really sense. Drugs for unlimited time? For the event okay, like LWS will have in the panel a DRUG system. To give everyone Drugs (Speed) Unlimited until the event finish.

I think having an inventory with available slots for drugs would be a better yet more time consuming solution. I don't think any of the drug effects should be permanent, nor if they would expire upon death/respawn.

It's a good idea however it would be better to just be able to buy more than 1 drug at once so you could put them in your inventory and use them when you want to.
