The other day I was having a war with squads which I enjoyed. However suddenly another gang decided to turf them too, which forced squads to fight at two fronts and made them ineffective.

So I went down the rabbit hole and noticed a suggestion for a cooldown, which I disagree on. It will destroy the momentum of the activity by not being able to retake zones, however I believe my fix is superior.

Make only 1 gang be able to have a war with squads. So let's say gang A attacks squad zones and has an active war, gang B can't attack another zone untill the zone with gang A is done.

Yes that's means it's possible for gang B to camp the other zone untill gang A is finished turfing, however this won't be an issue. As squads would just move to that zone and still have a fight with only 1 gang which is gang B in this case, they can win, make them quit and move on to fighting gang A again.

Squad would enjoy turf if they have focused on only one gang but they also want to gain something from them. Fair enough.

There could be a cooldown for attacking the same turf zone again.

For example, Glen Park belongs to SM. Squad attacks, but SM wins and keeps the zone. That squad should not be able to attack Glen Park again for a certain time. GMs can decide how long this cooldown should be.

Another example: Glen Park belongs to SM, and squad attacks and takes it. SM should have one chance to take it back. If SM tries but fails, they should wait until the cooldown ends before trying again.

I don't have to explain every scenario. System applies to all gang.

I used to turf against SM - UE side for years. in every gang that I used to be in, are also splitted by SM - UE. I know turf system, i know turf break points and other stuffs.

Some ppl complaining about SM - UE's alliance and wants them to fight between eachother by adding NO alliance rules etc. You can't force people to attack eachother, it s bullshit.

If you want to achieve clear goals, such as holding a zone, your in-game activity and skills should still matter.

Cooldown is not an option, reattacking a zone once you have enough numbers is a part of turf momentum. My post only seems enough of a fix in my eyes.

The thing is at the moment this is realistic, but there was a time when 30 squads could be online at a time. Depending on that we can increase the restriction to allow 2 gangs to turf squads. However for now having 1 gang only is a necessity.
