Richard Posted August 11 Posted August 11 (edited) PART I: Introduction Nickname: Richard Account name: richardthekiller Age: 23 In 2-3 lines, tell us about yourself: My name is Mert, I'm 23 years old and I've been playing SAES for a little over 14 years in total. I usually log-in to drive around and pursue police activities around San Andreas. I like spending time on my own and I'm keen on history themed researches. I mostly find myself chilling with a cup of drink and music in the background. PART II: Background check Do you have RP binds?: Yes, I do. Current Squad: SWAT Approximate date of joining: It has been over a month, early July. Link to your application for the squad that you are currently a member of: I've been invited as per the ex-member scheme of the squad without prior applying. Are you an ex-PC member? If yes, why were you removed?: Yes, I was removed due to joining a gang. Have you ever been banned? If yes, why and when?: I have been banned quite a few times due to multi-accounting and having beef with players in the past, very admittable that they date way back around 2022-2023 most recently. PART III : Rules check Have you read the entirety of the "Pro Cops Guide" topic?: Yes, I have. What are the rules for the Dog spawn?: The spawn itself doesn't provide any weapons nor are you allowed to carry any type. The spawn should be used as per the idea around it, such as not being able to conduct any communications through radio or simply talking. Police dogs deal high damage and slow wanted suspects with their bites. Police dogs are not allowed to roam without a handler and they are only permitted to be ridden in the back seat of a 4-door police vehicle. Briefly explain the following rules in your own words: Rule number 4: Suspects must be given a chance to surrender twice before pursuing/arresting, they should be given 2 warnings before finally commencing arrest. Rule number 5: Grant suspects reasonable time to process what is going on and respond to the instructions with the binds. Rule number 7: Pro Cops undergo a probation duration of 2 weeks time and are required to wear the PC* tags in the ending of their tags which allows them to be easily identified accordingly. Rule number 9: Pro Cops should at the earliest time report to the PC-Forum and sign the form which allows them to prove that they are a part of the group in the case of a future inspection/inconvenience. It is quite vital as PCD Detectives could remove those who haven't signed this form. PART IV: Roleplay commands Explain how and when the /me command is used. Include at least 3 examples: The /me is used when describing the actions that are performed and/or while describing the state of our character. /me Lieutenant Mert reaches for his belt, draws his service Taser, takes steady aim, and deploys it, striking the suspect and bringing him under control. /me Lieutenant Mert calmly and confidently approaches the suspect, requesting his license and registration as he carefully surveys the vehicle for any prohibited items or signs of suspicious activity. /me Lieutenant Mert steps closer to the driver's window, maintaining a composed demeanor as he briefly scans the interior of the vehicle before politely instructing the suspect to keep his hands visible on the steering wheel. Explain how and when the /do command is used. Include at least 3 examples: The /do command is used for describing surroundings, condition of characters or simply asking questions about surroundings. /do The street remains relatively quiet, with only a few vehicles passing by as the evening settles in. /do A faint smell of gasoline can be noticed coming from the vehicle, while a small amount of smoke appears to be coming from underneath the hood. /do Would there be any visible signs of forced entry, damage, or tampering around the building's main entrance? Final Confirmation: I [Richard], swear that all the information provided in this application is only the truth and nothing but the truth. With this application I promise to act in accordance with the rules and regulations at all times, to perform my duties professionally and to never misuse the equipment or means provided to me by the San Andreas Police Department I swear to protect the innocent and uphold the law of the state of San Andreas and the constitution of the United States of America.
