[SUGGESTION] Give lvl 5 gangs better rewards

I've suggested over a decade ago for lvl 5 gangs to receive either an armor or headshot. That would be fun. Alternatively adding a level 6 to achieveable levels to receive this reward would be okay, as [AA] and [SWAT] have been granted that temporarily in the past, but requirements for this should be strict but realistic given the current state of active players.

but new shader slots can be added maybe one modded skin (have to match with lowpoly skin requirements - so we wont see hd hitman or other hd bullshits)
