PART I: Introduction

In 2-3 lines, tell us about yourself: I'm known as Laza, as mostly of you knows me with this nickname. I've started playing on this community since the end of 2011, likewise been playing till now with some breaks. So far, I used to be apart of P. Department, but been removed due to joining a gang.

Are you an ex-PC member? If yes, why were you removed?: Yes, I have been apart of PC group, and as I've mentioned above, I have been removed because I've joined a gang.
Have you ever been banned? If yes, why and when?: Yup, twice, both times all sorted out since then, no recent punishments or such.

PART III : Rules check 

Have you read the entirety of the "Pro Cops Guide" topic?: Yes, I have read completely whole thread.
What are the rules for the Dog spawn?: I'd list the rules below on dots.
- Dogs can't arrest.
- While spawned as police dog, you can't talk, you can only talk to the dog handler in a party chat.
- You have to behave like a real life dog as it is required.
- You are not allowed to spawn as dog without your handler.

Briefly explain the following rules in your own words:

PC Rule N°4 : You must warn a suspect twice to surrender (/sur) before arresting them. Be clear about what you are doing and make sure they know the second warning is their last chance.
PC Rule N°5 : Officers must allow a reasonable interval for a suspect to comply with warnings. The consecutive "spamming" of binds to bypass this period is prohibited.
PC Rule N°7 : New members are required to display probation identification tags (|PC*) consistently. Furthermore, access to PC spawns is contingent upon using a recognizable identity, specifically your primary nickname or roleplay name.
PC Rule N°9 : You have to sign at PC forums, once you get invited in PC. You are supposed to validate that, and prove that's you. Failing to do so might result in removal.

PART IV: Roleplay commands

Explain how and when the /me command is used. Include at least 3 examples: 
*Always use it in LocalChat so only the players physically near you can see the action.*

- /me puts on a pair of latex gloves and begins patting down the suspect's outer clothing. (Initiating a search)
-/me leans into the driver's side window to check the car's interior for any visible illegal items. (Interaction with vehicle)
-/me unholsters his flashlight and shines the beam directly onto the suspect's eyes to check for pupil dilation. (Using equipment)

Explain how and when the /do command is used. Include at least 3 examples:

-/do A strong smell of burnt rubber and gasoline is coming from the suspect's engine bay. (Describing the vehicle's condition)
-/do The suspect has a visible tattoo of a spider on their neck and appears to be sweating heavily. (Detailing a suspect's appearance)
-/do The driver's window is shattered, and glass shards are scattered across the pavement. (Confirming the result of an action)
