What are the rules for the Dog spawn?: As a K-9 Unit, i can only spawn when i have a police officer acting as my handler. I must stay with my handler at all times, follow their commands, and not act independently. I am not allowed to arrest suspects, and i must maintain proper roleplay behavior. I cannot speak like a human in LocalChat and should only communicate through private messages when necessary.

Briefly explain the following rules in your own words:

Rule number 4: When starting a chase, i must offer the suspect a chance to surrender using /sur. I need to give two clear warnings, with the second being the final chance. I should also clearly state my intentions and use the correct binds for the type of chase.
Rule number 5: I must give suspects enough time to read and respond to my instructions without spamming binds. I should be patient and understand they may need time to notice the chat and decide whether to cooperate. 
Rule number 7: When i join ProCop, i will have a 2 week probation period and must use the correct tag format like SQUAD|Name|PC*. I also need to make sure i am easily identifiable on the server by using a clear name or nickname.
Rule number 9: Once Im invited, i must sign in on the PC forum or i risk being removed and having no proof of membership. Im also not allowed to edit my sign-in afterward, as that would be considered fraud.
