If yes, why and when?: Yes long story but it was from missunderstood i started a troll PBR with My gang Los Escondidos and were trolling with Sweman,BigMike,Smokey and others and some1 reported me and i got banned for speed bug abuse i got no idea what the hck is this i was just punching people and running

What are the rules for the Dog spawn?:  Always have a Leader with u don't be Alone spawned as Dog Always Sit in the back seat of vehicles Don't carry guns with you as Dog And do not use the Radio as Dog you can only just Bark in Chat you Don't have mouth you are (a Dog and you must act like a Dog) and follow always your commanders Commands

Briefly explain the following rules in your own words:

Rule number 4: Always give a chance to the guy that you chasin to get /Sur use RolePlay binds always first before take any action and if you don't see him react and start speeding up or shooting (Just take him down no matter What) 
 

Rule number 5: Keep the in mind that they don't read the Chat always and don't Spam the Binds give them some time use it 2-3 times if he still not respond open Fire.
 

Rule number 7:  When you're spawned as Pro Cop you must always wear your Roleplay Nickname and when you Join it you must wear Probie tag for the 1st 2 weeks till your Leaders give you the rights to remove it 

Rule number 9:  Once you get invited in PC you must Sign to PC Forums. Its needed to prove that you are a legit PC member and once you get Out of PC you can't ilegaly prove it
