What are the rules for the Dog spawn?: 

Only spawn when you have another police member as your dog handler. Make sure that they're aware of rules.
Act your role. This is a server rule too. It means;
Dogs may not arrest.
Dogs must stay with their handler at all times.
Dogs must listen to their handler and may not act on their own.
Dogs may only talk through private chats. They are not allowed to talk like humans in Local Chat.


Briefly explain the following rules in your own words:

 Rule Number 1: I must not break the rules as a sapd member I have the duty not to break any rules and respect the rules of the SAES server

Rule number 4: When starting a chase, I should always offer the option to surrender (/sur for a 75% discount on prison time)
  of the suspect must issue two warnings for bond. The second time alerting the criminal is their last chance.

Rule number 5: I have to give the suspects the necessary time to respond to my instructions and this also applies to not putting them into panic or difficulty, not trying to SPAM my binds and waiting for the criminal to have all his time to look at the chat to understand the situation.

Rule Number 6: respect the rules and high ranking people of the SAPD and also the superiors SAPD HQ as a member SAPD I represent the SAPD as a member breaking a rule leads to expulsion

When playing as a professional policeman you must be easily identified by your role name or your normal server nickname.

Rule number 9: I have to access the PC forum after signing up. If I fail to log in, it may result in my removal, and if I am ever removed by mistake, there will be no way to prove your membership. Additionally, you are not allowed to change your PC access after signing up.
