What are the rules for the Dog spawn?: 
1. Dogs are incapable of arresting.
2. Dogs should always remain with their handler.
3. You must be dedicated to your role.
4. You should only spawn when a police officer is handling you, and he must be aware about the rules.
5. Dogs are only permitted to communicate via PMs or Party Chats, they are not permitted to speak on Local or Main Chats.
6. Dogs must constantly obey their handler since they lack free will and cannot behave independently.

Rule number 4: You need to warn the player before arresting them to do  /do 75% for off jail.
Rule number 5: You need to give time to the player for my instructions and give the player time to respond.
Rule number 7: You need wear tag when im probationary Cesar|PC* or with my squad tag [RAV]Cesar|PC* 2 weeks period.
Rule number 9: You need to sign in to the PCD Discord to prove I'm a member of it.
