How long you have been playing: I have been playing SAES since 2010 however i didn't have any forum account until 2012.Then i have registered and joined to forums.
Your strengths: Greetings,i would like to describe my strengths simple as possible; Well,my entire life i have tried to be honest to everyone much as possible however it was a long and hard journey, i always tried to follow kindness path all the time i can.I don't know what does people think about me but i'm sure of that i have good relationship with most of community, cause of my behavior against everyone on server,on the other hand i can consider myself fair judge,yeah that's right i always listen both side before giving the final decision about something.For me only thing is important and that is justice.People always suffer because of being ignored and unfair decisions,i do respect them they all right and i'll support every people if i become Staff member,i will be fair much as i can.Another thing is i'm not looking to things from one side,there are multiple views for every subject and i do check every view much as i can because it makes sense and with this attitude i can easily understand different things from different viewpoints.Also i'll be good as a team member,there are many reasons why i'll be successful if i take part in team.I can share my knowledge and opinions all the time when it's needed also i'm able to get orders from people who got more experience and knowledge about subject,i do respect everyone opinion and always let the people share their opinion with me,also i do like to being social with other team mates it also improve our friendship relation.I'm highly adaptable to change i can resist to any hard work much as i can and you may trust my loyalty when it's needed.I'm a work ethic guy i don't escape from work,work should escape from me.It's kinda makes me proud, when i finish my jobs to do.I'm a friendly guy i'd like to help everyone much as i can,i always try to be kind every people that's all for now :)
Your weaknesses: I'll be honest with you,i think everyone has weaknesses nobody is perfect so here is my weaknesses; If i think i'm right about something,i always try to do right thing whatever it costs.I was born stubborn,i never gave up from the right path.So sometimes because of this i do get trouble.Sometimes people hates me when i choice the right things,because it is not fit for their benefits.On the other hand i'm getting nervous, when i having speech in front of ton of people.However i do trust my internal skills with people all i have to do is defeat my excitement after that i'll be more relax in front of people.I guess there are no other valid weaknesses i know if you think there are more weaknesses of mine please hit me up i would like to hear it so i could have chance to fix them :)

Reason for application: From the beginning i always wanted to join Community Staff position to able to help people much as i can,even without being CS,i'm still loving to help people because it is fit to my personality i always been helping people and leading them to path they wanted to reach It's a good feeling when you help people they do grateful to you and you'll earn their hearts and it's the best thing you can have in this server.Community is the best thing of SAES.I almost like every people on this server everyone has different stories and we got many cultures and nationality which makes the community more colorful.Further information,i'll be useful as i can i do trust my skills so i can easily resist to every hard work and i can solve every report with in best honesty. Communications wasnt a discipline that I was immediately aware of when I left high school. However, I have always loved writing and problem solving and when I found that this field combined the two I knew Id found my niche. I naturally like to find out as much information as possible about wherever I work, even when it doesnt relate directly to my role, and communicating about the organisation you work for means you need that broad overview. I have the opportunity to be the voice SAES and to talk to and influence different players.

Unique qualities you can offer: As i mentioned on my application and strength part,i do trust my game knowledge and my personality i can offer my loyalty,maturity always in every conditions.I'm able to solve every problem in a different views,so it's much easier to solve reports.

Additional information: I am Okan Altunta.I am 21 years old. I live in one of the most beautiful cities of Turkey,stanbul. I was born in Kadky. This year I have finally started to University, I study PR&Advertising. I spend my free time with creating my own EDM tracks nowdays.

Excellent application but lets be honest, there aren't many beautiful cities in turkey.
