In 2-3 lines, tell us about yourself: Greetings my name is Tien and i am from Vietnam which one is kinda far far away from sever host, i been playing in 2018-2019 then go inactive late 2020. I am hype for being back to sever, already spent few weeks ingame to have my feeling playing at cop again. Seems like its still go well somehow, but to be honest i am admit about my english grammar in either way i belive people still understand my words, hopefully it not my obstacle .

Have you ever been banned? If yes, why and when?: No.

PART III : Rules check 

Have you read the entirety of the "Pro Cops Guide" topic?: Yes i did.
What are the rules for the Dog spawn?: 
1. As soon as you are Dog spawn you will need a Handler to guide or give you a order 
2. You are a dog so that mean is you can not arrest but available for attacking ( make them slow)
3. Stick close to your Owner or Handler
4. You can't talk normally like people ( except Private Message)
5 . Be good and listen all to your Owner or Handler 
6. Do not act alone or on your wild

Briefly explain the following rules in your own words:

Rule number 4: Everybody deserve they second chance so give them a chance to surrender(/sur less time being jailed). Alway prepare two kind of binds, one for RP ( first is give them a chance to /sur and second is last warning). Another standard bind is for regular chase.
Rule number 5: Give them a time to read and respond to us  also avoid spamming binds PC, sometimes network don't work rightly so they might not seeing a chat immediately and last one is alway available for  cooperate.
Rule number 7: After successful do application of PC and becoming a certified ProCop you have to use Name|PC* or [Squad]Name|PC* to make sure your sever nickname is clear for easy identification.
Rule number 9: Confirm your membership by signing on the PC forum after you join

PART IV: Roleplay commands

EX: /me Start the engine of vehicle and turn on radio.

/me Listen carefully radio reports lately robberies in Los Santos.

Explain how and when the /do command is used. Include an example:
/do is command to ask or reply the questions or provide details of a 3rd person or an object about it.
EX : /do Swipe's car would have visible damaged to the front, and side window would be broken.

/do The ID card belonging to Swipe would be visibly worn, damaged unreadable.
