1.Dogs are neither allowed to arrest, nor spawn without a handler who doesn't know the dog rules

2.They aren't allowed to speak freely in localchat and cannot act on their own.

3.They are absolutely dependent on their owner.

4. Roleplaying is absolute as Dog Spawn.

Rule number 4: Leniency of offering surrender is absolute when it comes to chase. Pro Cops must initiate surrender binds while in pursuit. 
Rule number 5: Warning binds must not be initiated faster than necessary. Suspect must be given enough time to respond.
Rule number 7: Upon joining Pro Cops, PC* tag must be worn by the person for the two weeks of probationary duration.
Rule number 9:  Login of the membership in private forums must be done to establish proof
