It became clear that traditional law enforcement could no longer handle the escalating threats. In response, the mayor and police commissioner convened a council of top security experts to devise a radical solution.

The Birth of the Royal Eagles
The answer lay in creating a specialized, elite task force composed of the best operatives from the police, military, and intelligence agencies. This unit would later become known as the Royal Eagles Squad, with a clear and uncompromising mission:
