Dogs are not allowed to make arrests, they're just for support. Dogs can only use private chats for communication. Briefly explain the following rules in your own words: Rule number 4: we need to warn a suspect twice with binds before arresting them, The first warning should let them know to stop, and the second one is to make it clear that they need to comply or be arrested. Rule number 5: Don’t spam binds or rush suspects to comply with your instructions. Give them time to react. Rule number 7: after joining pc you have to use tags for 2 weeks : Name|PC*, or SQUAD|Name|PC* Rule number 9: confirm your membership by signing in the forum after joining PART IV: Roleplay commands Explain how and when the /me command is used.
