How long you have been playing: I started playing in 2012, at the time I a part of the criminal part of the server among RDMC and BBoyZ. But I had to quit at the time because of school and changing interests. Most people will not remember me from back then, I came back in 2020 to relive my experiences and nostalgia and I've stayed since then because I met a lot of new people who I can now call friends. Since coming back I've been consistently active and learning new things along the way.
Your strengths: I enjoy talking and helping people around me, it's one of the things I do both in real life and in the digital world. Since I've been playing here for a long time I've been able to help people and assist where needed. This allowed me to build friendships and join various groups and FBI in managing positions. I've been in these positions for a long period of time which made me very knowledgeable about server rules and management in the community. In return this also means I keep myself actively engaged with people from both cop and criminal side of the server. My unbiased approach ensures that everyone has always had an equal opportunity. Along with these strengths I would say that my active presence on both the forums and discord have further enabled me to understand the server mechanics and it's rules which I used to provide support where I could.
Your weaknesses: I'm aware that I can come across as direct at times which can be portrayed as rudeness. Over the years I've learned to recognize this and improve myself to avoid unnecessary complications. While my IRL work and my in-game experiences in the past have helped me to better myself in my communication skills I will continue to improve this along the way. When it's necessary I sometimes ask a third person to ensure my communication is clear and constructive to avoid any complications.

Reason for application: Over the years I've experienced many things on the server, while not all of them are positive (of course) I will still take all of these experiences with me. SAES has been a place for me to talk and meet friends on a daily basis. I'm applying for CS because I like to help and assist others in the community with my experiences and knowledge like others have helped me in the past. As SAHA I've also been granted the opportunity to help people with their property questions and requests, and moving forward I would like to expend my assistance to the community.

Unique qualities you can offer: I've been FBI HQ for the past years and I'm also in a variety of groups where I am in managing positions. From these positions I've been able to not only help a lot of different people in different ways. But I've also learned a lot about group and gang management, like for example how to properly deal with difficult situations and conflicts and also turn these into a positive outcome. This combined with a fast response time to questions ensured that I've contributed in a positive way.

Additional information: I work in the architecture field in real life, I do designs of everything related to public space from city planning to public parks.
