In 2-3 lines, tell us about yourself: Hello, there's not much I can tell about myself, but I enjoy spending my free time camping in various locations, playing basketball, and of course, playing video games mostly team based games, first person shooters, and sometimes strategy games as well.

PART III : Rules check 

Have you read the entirety of the "Pro Cops Guide" topic?: Yes I have
What are the rules for the Dog spawn?: A dog needs a handler to be able to roam and is not allowed to carry any type of weapons. While playing as a dog you must act like one more or less, and when entering a vehicle it must be in the back of a 4 door vehicle.

Briefly explain the following rules in your own words:

Rule number 4: Upon initiating a pursuit you must always offer the suspect a chance to surrender, you can do so with either roleplay binds for roleplay chases or regular binds for regular chases. 2 warning binds must be presented to the suspect and  the last must indicate that its the last warning, if he decides to ignore them, the police officer may arrest him.
Rule number 5: Give suspects enough time to read your instructions and decide whether they want to cooperate or not.
Rule number 7:  Upon joining ProCops, during probation you must wear the correct tags to be easily identified squad|Name|PC*
Rule number 9: Signing in to the PC forums after receiving your invitation.
