Linkan Posted July 11 Share Posted July 11 (edited) An Organization's headquarters team is responsible for creating a dedicated topic that comprehensively lists all its properties, following our specified guidelines. This topic must include all necessary information for each property, such as the previous address, purchase price, ownership history, and details on any modifications made. For properties other than the main base, an RP (role-playing) story must also be added to provide context and background. In order for the properties to be listed in the in-game panel, it is essential to follow the instructions below for creating a topic and properly listing the organization's properties. You may present this information in a specific way or any other style that your creativity allows, but all required information must be included. An example below serves as an ideal model for how the information should be organized and presented. By adhering to these guidelines, you will ensure that your organization's properties are accurately and effectively documented for GM reference. Please ensure you title your topic as follows: [gang/squadName]Property List. Please note that this structured approach is crucial for maintaining consistency and completeness across all organizational listings. New Address: If the address was edited, please state the new address here. Price: The amount paid for the property. Original Owner: The player who owned the property before it was moved. New Owner: The current owner. Date From: The date when it was moved. Date To: When it was removed from the organization panel. Image of Old Panel: Upload a picture of the property panel before it was moved. (not gang panel) Image of New Panel: Upload a picture of the property panel after it was moved. (not gang panel) Rules: No properties will be moved to anyone’s organization panel without having this topic created with all the required information. Any exceptional properties outside the main base must have an RP story written along with the required information. Any organization closing must notify the GM team of its departure. Once the message is sent, you have one month to reclaim your properties and return them to their original owner. If not, they will be confiscated by SAHA. Propertys that is temporarly removed at your base location MUST also be listed. Both a picture of the panel and the property.
