To answer your question bikes doesn't have engine upgrades available, for instance NRG already has a buffed stock engine so you don't have to upgrade it at all

This is what a bike with a V10 looks like, now imagine that engine with two cilinders off, still big as hell. Do you think that's even possible or realistic on a freaking NRG-500?
