Popular Post Dinaz
Application Type: CS Your ingame username: khalilzw Your ingame alias: Dinaz Your real name: Khalil Your DOB: 24/04/04 00:00 Your gender: Male Nationality: Moroccan & Tunisian Country of residence: Morocco Language skills: Arabic: Native | English: Proficient | French: Moderate English Proficiency: C1 Language level How long you have been playing: I have been playing since late 2016 Your strengths: Throughout the years of playing I have developed quite some strengths, one of which I am mainly certain is the ability of socializing and creating numerous conversations in different topics and subjects, that made it even easier for me in reality to communicate with others and made me determine what subjects I am generally interested in, which I believe would of course plays a crucial role in my professional career soon after diploma. Additionally, I had also managed to sneak out some leadership skills that made it easier for me to manage The Company, the gang I was in charge of at some point, and at some point, I had to face situations in which members would end up in conflicts; I could say I was efficiently solving the conflicts while keeping the temper on the low and keeping all sides satisfied as much as I could. Last but not least, preserving justice and being fair could be one of my greatest assets, during my time in leadership, I tried to be as fair as possible in imposing consequences to members who broke the rules, creating conversations, understanding and communicating to reach the best outcome possible. Your weaknesses: My greatest challenge is that I'm still in the process of fully understanding myself, including my weaknesses and strengths. While I recognize that perfection is unattainable, I strive to continually improve. One area I'm actively working on is overcoming procrastination. At times, I find myself procrastinating tasks until the last minute, leading to rushed outcomes. I'm committed to addressing this habit and becoming more proactive in managing my time effectively. Additionally, my friendly nature often leads me to form connections easily, although this openness can sometimes be exploited by others. Nevertheless, I've developed a discerning ability to differentiate between trustworthy individuals and those who may not have my best interests at heart. Member of the SAES discord server: Yes Reason for application: As I previously stated, I have experienced almost everything in the server and I wish to experience something new and different and be able to contribute to the server differently and be able to freely help players more efficiently without having people addressing it being done only to achieve this spot and considering it an act. Furthermore, ensuring newbies' satisfaction means more people to play with and longer time to stick by the server, which means I would have something to play on for more time perhaps. Last but not least, I would like to put my problem solving skills into reality and try to get the best outcomes of it all. Unique qualities you can offer: I possess a fair amount of unique qualities that make me a valuable asset to the community. I still am highly active, actively participating and engaging in the server's activities, but this time, as a different side mainly (Law Enforcement); I can now collaborate in bringing activity to server since I am apart of groups that would allow me to do so; F.e: by hosting events and being innovative and by trying new ideas for players to enjoy and get to try. Additionally, my previous experiences within the server allowed me to capture a couple of qualities that I would even need for my professional career, from being able to lead a couple of people and provide guidance to solving problems and quarrels between them. I had also been in situations where I had to reach out to other players and negotiate and compromise to preserve my members' reputations at some point; Yet also considering the best decisions to make in some situations that were in tough circumstances like knowing what to do with a member when they get in trouble or cause trouble to others or ending up getting reported. Last but certainly not least, my profound knowledge of the server and its overall features makes me a perfect guide for newcomers, not only I am able to explain the rules properly, but I am also able to explain the features that need some time to be grasped in which I have done before sometimes so I could get more potential recruits at the time. Server Memberships: SWAT DE CC LWS Additional information: Not much to note additionally but I will just repeat what I had said in the previous application. In addition to my previous points, it is important to note the dedication and attachment that not only I but also many players have towards the server. SAES has become an integral part of our lives, a place we consistently return to despite exploring other games. The server holds a special significance in our memories, as most of us had been playing on it almost everyday at a certain point in time. The time spent playing, interacting, and keeping ourselves busy in the server has created definitely created lasting memories (good or bad, does not really matter) and connections. Regardless of the lack of players recently, SAES undeniably holds a significant place in our gaming experiences, leaving a lasting impact that keeps atleast some of us entitled to the server. Also, considering the recent events, this community is indeed worth remembering; The fact that everyone, or atleast most of us were united in times of grieve and times of joy... It really makes you think how far we have gotten into build such relations. Previous (legitimate) punishments on the server: I honestly do not recall, I was punished before obviously but atleast not in the last 2 or 3 years. Mutes were definitely trolls by either the admin or to just crack a few jokes, nothing too serious. Previous (legitimate) bans: A ban in 2018 that lasted a couple years for involvement in a server that used to be a copycat of this server. 47 1 4
