In response to the burgeoning housing crisis in San Andreas, particularly in the urban centers of Las Venturas and Los Santos, the government and specially the president of San Andreas initiated a groundbreaking project: the construction of a favela to provide shelter for individuals unable to afford formal housing. To realize this vision, the government entered into a special agreement with the ZIP Planning and Construction group, renowned for their expertise in construction projects across San Andreas. This collaboration aimed to address the challenges faced by immigrants settling on the outskirts of the cities mentioned before but specially las venturas behind SAPA's base.

After finalizing the contract, a meeting was convened at the White House in Los Santos to discuss the project's details. The estimated duration for the construction was set at three weeks, considering the urgency of the housing situation and my expertise in managing such projects.the main construction components of the favela focused on structural supports, primarily columns and pillars, to ensure stability and support for the buildings since it will take place on a mountain located in LS and LV highway aswell as the walls which will form the framework, providing essential structural integrity.

The construction process began with extensive examination of San Andreas's map to identify the ideal location for the favela. After careful consideration, area in between of Las Venturas and Los Santos were selected as i mentioned before, where immigrants had already begun to settle even the favela wasn't fully built. materials such as wood, brick, and concrete were utilized in the construction, ensuring durability and resilience to the favela

However, the project encountered several difficulties along the way. Construction debris left on the highway between Los Santos and Las Venturas led to roadblocks and complaints from travelers. Additionally, migrants settling in the area posed challenges to the construction process, necessitating temporary halts and safety precautions which made the construction process getting late than the dating time to be fully constructed.

Despite these challenges, upon completion of the favela, client satisfaction was evident. The president expressed contentment with the project's outcome, recognizing its significance in providing housing for migrants and potentially garnering support from this demographic in future SAES' elections.

Overall, the favela stands as a testament to the collaborative efforts of the government and the ZIP group, providing homes and hope for those in need in San Andreas.
