[ SUGGESTION ] Character Upgrades

Hello I think this would be very good thing to spend ingame money and i am pretty sure its going to help server economy as well.

So this suggestion is basically adding a new thing in "M" panel which is called "character upgrades" and can be bought by cash or anything this is an open suggestion so everyone can decide what character upgrades can be.

This is what i have in my mind.

Jail Upgrade : When you get jailed u get less seconds by 25%

Scope Upgrade : 40% chance of one tap headshot with sniper.

Fall Upgrade : 25% more low damage when u fall high places. ( this could be useful in turfs etc. )

Shotgun Upgrade : More range for shotguns.

Taser Upgrade : by 50% chance player you tased stays 1.5 more seconds on ground

Car Upgrade : Your car gets less damage when you driving it.

These are just what are in my mind please lets discuss what can be added this is an open discuss area please dont hesitate to tell your own idea.
