The second floor is used as office spaces, located at the back is the managers office.

Information: the town has speed regulating measurements when entering the town and on important T and X sections.
Trees and plants have been added across town to improve the quality of public space.
A boulevard was added to improve the backpart of the shopping area.
Smaller shops have requested outside seatings for local inhabitants to enjoy their drinks outside.

Restaurant:
Information: The local bar has requested a bigger area for customers to have a seat outside. A small seating area and outside bar have been build in order to accomplish this request.

Church:
Information: The local drive-through church worked with ZIP to improve the quality of the area. In this collaboration the libary helped with financing in exchange of a renovation of the parking area and entrance to the libary.

Information: With the financial support of the government and local inhabitants the city counsel of RC have requested a large area for inhabitants to enjoy their spare time.
