Simply make it not possible for wanted players to spawn vehicles from the disk when tazed down.
I'm pretty sure players from the criminal side will not agree with this as usual, but it's pretty obvious it doesn't make sense. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say here. Please be reasonable and vote fairly. Feel free to express your opinion!
