The Sheriff spawn should remain locked for PC members only or locked to 10k arrests, since it will make responding to country SRs /BRs easier, and so it killed the balance between both sides....

@General You can not kill an unwanted criminal without any reasons as that is considered as deathmatch. You can only do so for protecting Store Robberies or taking / preventing control of the VIPs. I said this cuz I seen many cops doing do although most of them were trainees,

Overall I like the changes as a crim. It will give many crim side players or non ProCop holders chance to try new spawns and will definitely improve the accessibility of the cop side gameplay.

@Hatchet I'm suggesting PC members have the ability to not get stars while spawned as non-PC in the Cop Team via using the PC group for the script, adding the team in the script, and classes the obviously.
