[CHANGE] Raceflag requirement from 4 to 2 players.[SOLVED]

Since the playerbase is low nowadays, I believe that the requirement should be lowered for races. Atleast make it so that if nobody else is coming to race, two or three players can start the race by themselves, forcing it with a command i.e.

Waited an hour earlier today to reach 4/4 racers, and that's not how it should be.

A command should be given to racing groups to start the raceflag immediately , also in case some cops camp with their stingers on the RF start , this has to be forbidden .

Another solution to this issue . remove the wanted stars from the race start , there are already speed cams which would punish us incase we exceeded the speed limit . rTech has been suffering from cops with autism camping the race start for 12 hours a day like the guy in the picture .........

@bodo420 somehow not surprised the Brazilian mong is the one abusing the stingers like this, while he cries about everything else criminals do that doesnt effect him whatsoever

Playerbase isnt low. We have reached +100 players almost every day. But if you want to race at 06:00 am ( server time ) ... you are a braindead.

Furthermore If you need to wait 1 hour to reach 4 racers .. it is not raceflags requeriments fault it is yours.
