While certain responsibilities and close cooperation with S.A. Customs and Border Protection, S.A. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and others require significant ICE assets near the border, the majority of immigration enforcement work for ICE takes place in the countrys interior.ICE special agents strive to help businesses secure a lawful workforce and enforce immigration laws against those who encourage and rely on unauthorized workers, sometimes taking advantage of their situation to offer low pay and inadequate conditions.Multiple programs help ICE focus and improve on stated priorities to find and remove illegal aliens who are criminals, fugitives or recent arrivals. Immigration enforcement entails cracking down on those who produce fraudulent documents to enable unlawful activity. Additionally, several robust efforts seek to continue improving the safe and humane detention and removal of persons subject to those actions.In 2003, Homeland Security appointed Sam Clarkson and James Armstrong to lead the brand-new U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, short, ICE. Two police officers that has been revolutionary because of their hard work and incredible arrest rates within the bureau. From their headquarters in Las Venturas, their agency operates through the whole staat of San Andreas and is mainly looking out for illegal residents of the state.In 2016, the agency set up three key goals for the state of San Andreas, which are:Counterterrorism and protect the bordersProtect the borders through efficient immigration enforcementOperate an efficient and effective agencyWith these goals, Sam and James were able to set up the successful agency as you know it today. After 15 years of operating, the agency employs over 20.000 employees through the whole United States and has been able to make the illegal Immigration rate drop with 40%. Because of that Sam and James received a medal of honor from President Andrei in 2017 and were seen as the two perfect people to stay in charge for the coming years.Nowadays, ICE is working together with several government agencies to make sure that the safety of the American citizens is secured and that illegal trespassers in the United States are deported and send back to their country of origin.
