Hey there! Ever passed by this area of the map? If you look very closely you MIGHT notice the graffiti tag on that blue building wall. Anyways it says "front yard ballas". Well I would like to say those tags are not there as pure ornament, just like the vehicles you can see around or the look of the skins of the people who hang around there. It would be great you took that into consideration.
