I don't get the point of you @Law suggesting/discussing such a thing while you do not have the privilege to suggest/discuss such a thing since you're not part of the management team in any of those groups (As I know so far) and it does not give you the right to suggest anything on the subject or ask for any changes, also you're mixing between RP and War purpose, which are totally two different things in this case.

However, there is no sense in this suggestion/discussion, as long as the management team in all of those groups are actually taking part in that, and to be honest it has to be done in private chats but via forums suggestions.

Note: About the "Coastguard Forces" thing, it is a nice idea (We never can know if that really can work until we actually try/test such a thing ) and that means that someone needs to create a group based on Coastguard (Not a two weeks group) so instead of discussing/suggesting things in this subject here, go and build/create a Coastguard group.
