HLS: January Bank Status

Dear citizens of San Andreas,

As its been a few weeks since an intelligence document has been released, the government has deemed it necessary that the Department of Homeland Security releases one to observe the state of National Security.

Over the entire period of the month of January, an astounding number of 315 incidents were recorded on banking assets within San Andreas. Out of this figure, a total 71.43% were deemed successful attacks. This is a slight decrease in the successful attacks based on previous data and law enforcement's were working tirelessly to reduce the figure further.

As previously reported, attacks are still much more likely to occur around the cities of San Andreas with the city of San Fierro being deemed the most under threat by a small margin. County bank incidents occur significantly less.

The lack of incidents within county banking assets amongst San Andreas is believed to be due to the slight increase county law enforcement's have in preventing attacks in the areas. Again, Las Venturas appears to be law enforcement's weakest area of impact, preventing only 12.5% of attacks.

Due to previous concern of who is behind the attacks, HLS has collected intelligence on the individuals that are believed to be the cause of each issue. Out of the recorded incidents, @Organization-Zero is accountable for the largest amount and therefore being deemed the highest threat by law enforcement's due to the huge amount of 54 recorded attacks. @Black-Bullets however are the most threatening in terms of successful attacks around city banks.
Although previously written off as no longer a threat, HLS ensures that @Comando-da-Capital are still no longer a threat with @Rebels-MC joining them in the category. This is due to no recorded incidents taking place over a long period. @Underground-Empire have been reconsidered to a minimal threat due to a small number of recorded incidents.

Whilst keeping a record of whom is responsible for said incidents, HLS also records the locations of the gangs sightings in order to predict future incidents. Data suggests that @Organization-Zero are deemed the largest threat in all Las Venturas, Los Santos and San Fierro. As for counties, @Undisputed-Command is reported to be the most threatening to Bone County, with @Clandestine-Mob sharing the title with @Undisputed-Command for the Tierra Robada threat. @The-Company joining @Organization-Zero for the highest threat around Red County.

No substantial Homeland Security efforts will be put in through February to counter attacks this month however this may up for review during the month of March depending on if the number of attacks increases in certain areas.
