Respawn vehicles faster in war zones

It is annoying to get fps drops from all those burning rides in a turf zone. How about they get respawned in 5 seconds while in a warzone? Those 5 seconds can be discussed later about if it is too short or too long but you get the idea.

Gotta give a no since vehicles are a great cover and can be used strategically in certain spots to f.e block off an area.

From my modest point of view I'd fix the problem in another way. Instead of respawning in a specific time, just respawn a vehicle whenever there's more than "x" vehicles in the area so it doesn't exceed that ammount.

The jail needs this idea implemented Asap +1. Henry has a better solution though, that was the Firefighters and impounders can still do their jobs.
