Full health when arrested

My suggestion is that you should get full health when you get arrested, now that the cops have the kill-arrest ability during JBs. Today; i was arrested with very low HP. Wouldn't matter if I just stayed in jail for the entirety of my jailtime, but to my luck there was a JB happening. Me, not having to wait in jail for 7 minutes?! Lucky me. Well - not so lucky. Because I had very low health, and as soon as I came out into the corridor, I was arrest-killed by a cop... With a single bullet. 1 single bullet put me back in jail - because I had low health before I was put in jail to begin with.

So TLDR; Crims should get full health when they get arrested

If you are talking about kill arrest, if you get kill arrested during Jailbreak you will come again with full health out from your cell.
So only if you are talking about nightstick arrest it makes Sense.

Edit: only if you get arrested from outside with low health you will stay with your current health. But again only by nightstick.
