The idea is simple. When you open the map you can right-click to activate the cursor and then click anywhere on the map and people in your party would be able to see it. It's a good addition because it helps with communication between people. For example, the usual places people gather for a BR are SFA, BCA and the Gang's base which can be camped by cops. Another example is when you're doing a RP and are having a hard time explaining the location of your meeting to the player so you have to drive him there and then go back alone and drive the route again because you need to take SSs. There are many more uses to it so I don't see why it shouldn't be implemented. All in all a simple but effective idea. Edit: I see it has also been suggested before by @Nico - https://saesrpg.uk/topic/10304/waypoints if you guys wanna check it out it's pretty much the same concept.
